To provide free or affordable home renovations to individuals and families in need — beginning in Flushing, Michigan — while honoring the generous and joyful spirit of Randy Thomas. We serve with compassion, creativity, and a sense of humor, just like he did.

Board President

Lesly Foreman

Lesly Foreman is a passionate community leader and the Executive Director of the Flushing Chamber of Commerce, where she works to strengthen local businesses, foster partnerships, and elevate the voices of residents and entrepreneurs alike. She currently serves as President Elect of the Flushing Rotary Club and is also a board member on the Genesee County Planning Commission, reflecting her deep commitment to civic engagement and strategic community development.

Lesly brings years of experience in nonprofit leadership, event coordination, and grassroots collaboration to the board of The Renovation Randy Project. She is honored to support this newly established 501(c)(3) in its mission to provide safe, dignified, and sustainable housing solutions for individuals and families in need. With a strong belief in second chances and the power of restoration, Lesly is excited to contribute to an initiative rooted in compassion, action, and impact.

Board Vice President

Tina Hinkley

Tina brings 29.5 years of experience in the Home Improvement Industry and a heart for service to the Renovation Randy Foundation Board. Her professional relationship with Randy began through her work supporting local contractors within the Flushing Home Depot as the Pro Business Supervisor. She quickly became a trusted and integral part of day-to-day operations for local clients like Randy.  Over the years, that relationship naturally evolved into a true friendship built on mutual respect and values. Tina has worked closely with contractors, homeowners, and renovation professionals in our community helping to guide successful projects and build lasting partnerships. Tina’s commitment to community, her strong background within the industry and her deep connections to the foundation’s mission make her a valuable asset to the board.

Kacie Sisco

Kacie Sisco is proud to serve on the board of the Restoration Randy Foundation, bringing a passion for community service, advocacy, and helping individuals rebuild their lives. As a dedicated entrepreneur and community leader, Kacie owns and operates SisCo Salon & Spa in Flushing, Michigan, where she has created a welcoming space focused on clean living, wellness, and empowerment.

In addition to her business success, Kacie is deeply involved in local initiatives, serving as a director on the board of the Flushing Area Chamber of Commerce and leading numerous fundraising and community events. Her commitment to uplifting those in need aligns closely with the mission of the Restoration Randy Foundation. Kacie is honored to contribute her experience in business, outreach, and advocacy to support the foundation’s work in restoring hope and dignity to individuals facing life’s toughest challenges.

Madison Bree Thomas

Founder & CEO

Daughter of Randy Thomas ~ Madison brings her entrepreneurial expertise and leadership skills to spearhead the vision and operations of the Renovation Randy Foundation. As the owner of Kathy’s 126, she has successfully navigated the challenges of business ownership, building a thriving community-focused establishment. Madison applies that same dedication, strategic thinking, and passion for service to ensure the foundation fulfills its mission of providing life-changing home renovations to those in need.

Jillian Miley-Thomas

Chief Marketing Officer

Wife of Randy Thomas ~ Jillian brings a wealth of marketing and design expertise to the Renovation Randy Foundation. As the Clothing Director and in-house graphic designer for the Flushing Christian Outreach Center, she combines creativity with a heart for service. Her extensive background in marketing and graphic design, gained through decades with the Flint Journal and MLive, equips her to craft compelling campaigns and materials that amplify the foundation’s mission. Inspired by her late husband’s legacy, Jillian is dedicated to using her skills to connect the community with the work and impact of the foundation.

Trey B. Thomas

Chief Financial Officer

Son of Randy Thomas ~ Trey brings over a decade of analytical and financial expertise to the Renovation Randy Foundation. With a background spanning medical research, professional sports, and finance, he has honed skills in statistical analysis, budgeting, and compliance. Now serving at JPMorgan, Trey applies his knowledge to guide sound financial planning for the foundation. Inspired by his father’s legacy, he is committed to ensuring budgets are precise, projections are accurate, and every financial decision supports the mission of helping those in need.
